Is Mural and Mosaic the same type of tiles?

 No, they are two separate patterns. The mural is a very large image, such as a painting or enlarged photograph, applied directly to a wall or ceiling. In the case of mosaic murals, it is not a painting or a photograph that will be decorating your wall, but a work of mosaic, made from glass or other material.

What are digital pattern tile?

Whereas an image tile allows you to place a graphic image on a microapp page, state, overlay and scroll state. It is the repetition of a visual element. Through a scheme, it is created a module that can be repeated indefinitely, with continuity. The main technical characteristic of the patterns is being uninterrupted; this makes them perfect for applying on surfaces of any shape and sizes.

To create a new pattern style or preset, use the following steps:

-Create a group of objects that will be used as the pattern content.

-Select the object and select the Create Pattern Preset command from the Styles - Create Styles menu to create a new pattern preset.

-To create a new pattern style select the Create Pattern Style command from the Styles - Create Styles menu.

-The pattern options view is shown, with a preview of the pattern using the selected object as the content.

-Set the pattern name and the pattern options. See the Pattern Selector view for a detailed description of the pattern options.

-Press Ok to confirm the pattern preset or style creation

Graphic design is a craft that involves creating visual content to communicate messages. It can be functional or artistic, and can include text, illustration, and color. 

Repetition creates flow and rhythm through the repeated elements. When the eye sees a red circle it notices other red circles in the composition and seeks to establish a pattern. In addition to repetition you can use alternation and gradation to create rhythm.

Repetition: creates patterns through predictability.

Alternation: creates patterns through contrasting pairs.

Gradation: creates patterns through a progression of regular steps.

Rhythm is created both through the elements the eye follows and the intervals between them.

What is overlap image abstract pattern tiles?

Here, it is the same image or a sequence of overlap image is digitally drawn on the original picture. You can see the blackish grey on top of the yellow layering to show that transformation of pattern tile.

Digital art tiles

Creating a tile pattern is about experimenting. Try drawing different shapes in various directions and see what patterns you get each time. Keep the tile design simple – use a few geometric shapes in plain colors. The complexity of the pattern is created once you rotate the tiles and put them together. Then once you have drawn transfer it to the digital media say Sketchbook there you will load it and after you are satisfied with it's shape, form, color values and style you will finally get Pattern tile. Which you can take it as repeat pattern tile. It is more than this as you have seen earlier.

I have been doing this on  watercolor digital too. Next time I will get some printed on Watercolor.
