Exploring the Symbolism of Flowers in Art: What Each Blossom Represents

Sketch n color with nature

I am mesmerized by floral pattern tiles. But more I wanted, was to draw basic or sketch basic lines. So, it is time for me to sit down and draw florals.

On one fine day, I was trying to organize my table. In the next moment, I thought of getting my own creation of Fuchsia plant. I was very much excited when I first had a glimpse of the picture. It looks so beautiful and gorgeous. There are so many photos, sketches and varieties in this plant. Amazing eh !

Most fuchsias are shrubs but in New Zealand species, the kōtukutuku  is unusual in the genus in being a tree, The flowers are very decorative; they have a pendulous teardrop shape and are displayed in profusion throughout the summer and autumn/. They have four long, slender sepals and four shorter, broader petals; in many species, the sepals are bright red and the petals purple (colours that attract the hummingbirds that pollinate them), but the colours can vary from white to dark red, purple-blue, and orange. We are going to turn these ❤️ Fuchsia in a Watercolor pattern tile.

Since fuchsias are considered an outdooor plant as they need lots of light to grow and bloom. They are planted in Pots, hanging baskets or containers and even grown as a shrub. As Fuchsias bring mind maturity and self confidence. We are going to separate each petal to make a design and then through the digital form turn this beautiful petals as a pattern tile. Which is coming in my next blog part 2 Fuchsia petals.
