First project Acrylic technique used with the watercolor painting is the best. Well it has been interesting coloring pages with watercolor all the time. But today is Acrylic day. It is going to be a simple design like a border pattern. Firstly, I decided to use Acrylic blending with crimson red and lemon yellow to level up with Gamboge watercolor. And then that is what I got as a main background. Design is challenging whether to go for one color or more. So I chose both of Acrylic watercolor combination. Where the first design of Acrylic would not hold on and that is why the color smudged and left the edges sparkling. So, I tried with Watercolor and that stayed. Yeah ! 👍🏻👍🏻 Second wash of Acrylic Redcrimson was to paint the whole design to rejuvenate the look. And yes again that worked. We can use a Masking fluid to prepare a wonderful Greeting card. medium is commonly used as not only the substance but the materials, tools and techniques of artwork, for example in the above picture. Texture is a visual surface charatestics added to the work of art. It also means the physicality of colors variation of depth in a painting. There are four different kinds; actual texture, implied texture, invented texture and abstract textur. Here the image is got the gesso effect where the paint is applied after the gesso brushed. There are 3 ways to apply watercolor texture 1. Chop sticks or straw 2. Cling wrap 3. Bubble wrap  Watercolor paper comes in two sides — one side has a smooth side and one side has a rough or textured side. It is best to use the textured side for the textured works on rough paper. But at the same time “whichever side you like to use” you could use both sides. The only real difference being a subtle variation in texture. Painting has been there from young age. But with the time that has passed and I have become addictive to this hobby.  It is more of my livelihood.  Watercolor has a very fine texture, combination of acrylic, ink, poster color, chalk paint gives a resist pattern of the Canvas. Today I took some time out and I got my color kit, brushes and sat down to paint. On a watercolor paper it is easier to do the shade part and the gradient background. Acrylic technique can  be done by layering the brush with enough color and also with more water and less paint. After a half an hour break, I got my Greeting card sample and I did some petals on top of the heart like shapes which are stuck onto the card. It was looking beautiful and styled card. I was with class session on Watercolors.  Now, as the Acrylic color was left I thought why not I paint for some more time.
