Creative hive of Graphic designs

The design is so simple that's why it is so complicated - Paul Rand

We have to get some idea even if it takes hours or days to set in. The mind just automatically clicks and then the sketch is ready whether we are doing graphic design or an illustration. And so I had one idea not paying attention to the details of how it is going be. I sketched this image.
Out of this beautiful painting I had in Watercolor technique.
I have done better with the watercolor project through Skillshare. And the image looked great.

Now with the pattern below I have done a simple sketch on the Greeting card. Amazing the outlook on the watercolor painting and the Card portrait.
This was made by watercolor only but I had sketched the square border and stretched out the pattern tile. This was done on Greeting card which was ready with few circle dots and heart shapes which was glued. The more I have looked at this greeting card, more I have liked the idea as an abstract figure. So, now I am going to transfer this image into digital pattern and make a wonderful general card.
It is just a general card and now turned into a amazing digital pattern.
What do you think about this image ? Give me some ideas about what you would like to name this card. For example
"It is good day to be fit" or what I have put above "Have a wonderful day". Which is quite generic and simple.

With this I come to an end of yet another blog chapter. Thank you all to be visiting and
viewing my ipage blog.

Next week it is going to be on something about Graphic designs with typography.
So, stay tuned for the update.

Cheers,

Baseline grid

Here’s a draft document explaining baseline grid design, including an example. Understanding Baseline Grid Design.. What is a Baseline Grid? A baseline grid is an invisible set of horizontal lines that helps designers align text and other elements consistently across a page or screen. Think of it as the “invisible lined paper” for your design, ensuring that every line of text sits on the same horizontal plane, creating a harmonious and organized look. Why Use a Baseline Grid? Consistency: Ensures all text lines up perfectly, making your design look neat and professional. Readability: Improves the reading experience by providing a predictable rhythm for the eyes to follow. Alignment: Helps align images, icons, and other elements with text for a cohesive layout. How to Set Up a Baseline Grid Choose a Base Line Height: Start by selecting a line height for your body text (e.g., 16px or 24px). This becomes the spacing between each line of your grid. Apply the Grid: Overlay the baseline grid...
