Zentangles project

This project is based on Krishna janmastami festival.

A pattern based on peacock feathers could be described as:

- *Iridescent*: Shimmering with a play of colors, reminiscent of the peacock's iconic plumage.
- *Eye-like motifs*: Repeating shapes resembling the eye-like patterns found on peacock feathers.
- *Swirling shapes*: Whirling, curved forms that evoke the feathers' flowing, organic shapes.
- *Vibrant colors*: A palette featuring blues, greens, golds, and purples, mirroring the peacock's stunning coloration.
- *Gradated hues*: Colors gradating from light to dark, creating a sense of depth and dimensionality.
- *Feathery textures*: Incorporating soft, feathery textures to evoke the delicate, wispy quality of peacock feathers.
- *Repeating patterns*: A repeating design that mimics the peacock's symmetrical, patterned feathers.
- *Opulent and luxurious*: Exuding an sense of opulence, luxury, and majesty, fitting for the "king of birds".

This pattern would be perfect for designs where you want to evoke a sense of wonder, beauty, and drama, such as in fashion, interior design, or art.

Now, this is the four sides or directions to where we see the pattern. Here, we have first sketched with pencil and redrawn with dark HB pencil the lines dots or curves shapes. Besides, this sketch we have colored pen Blue, green and brown being highlighted. And for more of the incredible pattern tiles I have drawn extra motifs on the either sides of the image and you can see the petals shape are beautiful and garden accessories as they are very serene as motifs. Also, we have blue and green texture with a color pens. Amazing and very happy the way the Zentangles have come about. Then the best part of all. I went into my work room looking for a specific book.

I was just now phrasing through my book which is a Comic story "Feathers of Imagination"
In a cozy art studio filled with colorful supplies...
A young artist, Yasmine, sits at a desk cluttered with markers, pencils, and paper. A sketch of a peacock feather is on the table.
Yasmine: (thinking) I love how intricate peacock feathers are...

Yasmine picks up a marker, looking excited.
Yasmine: (out loud) Time to turn these feathers into a Zentangle masterpiece!

Close-up of Yasmine's hand as they begin to draw, filling the feather with swirling designs.
Scribble, scribble!

Yasmine is now surrounded by colorful, completed Zentangles of different peacock feathers. They look proud and amazed.
Yasmine: (wide-eyed) Wow! I didn’t know I could create something so beautiful!

A small, whimsical bird (Pickle) character with a tiny beret pops up from behind a paper.
Purvi (cheerful) You did splendidly!
Yasmine: (surprised) Who are you?

The bird fluffs its feathers, revealing tiny patterns similar to Zentangles.
I’m Purvi, the Muse of Creativity! I’m here to help you bring your art to life!

Jasmine looks inspired and ready to create more.
Jasmine: Let’s create a whole peacock!

A finished peacock made of various intricate Zentangle patterns stands proudly as Yasmine and Purvi admire it.
(excited) Look at all the colors and patterns! It’s a masterpiece!
Yasmine (beaming) Thank you, Purvi! I couldn’t have done it without your encouragement!

Yasmine and Purvi share a high-five while the peacock artwork sparkles in the background.
And so, inspiration can come from the most unexpected places!
Yasmine: (grinning) Here’s to more colorful adventures!

This simple comic illustrates the creative journey of an artist inspired by the beauty of peacock feathers, enhanced by a magical muse!

That is all from the mystical book. Now, I have written a short story as I have to get going for my house chores. Hmmmmm.... Peacock feathers was truly inspiration for me and I suppose with you guys too that is after reading.

Thank you for your time and support in visiting my ipage blog.

Cheers,
